Personal and Community supports to NDIS clients on the Fraser Coast for over 7 years. Pop in and see us and join the community of supportive people. We take a personal approach to ensure that our clients feel heard, seen and supported. We believe in the CORE values of the NDIS.....

We offer FREE morning tea and refreshments.
Come and play Bingo on Tuesdays!
Our Office team are available to assist with support and NDIS queries.
We can offer referrals to alternative supports if needed.
Free transport to our office is available for Hervey Bay residents if needed.
We have an extensive range of craft supplies if you're feeling creative.
